HOOVER, Ala. – It’s the time of year when optimism abounds in all camps, even the one that lost the national championship game in blowout fashion to the Clemson Tigers.
Alabama head football coach Nick Saban said his team has learned from the 44-16 loss to Clemson.
Even though he credits the Tigers of the way they played and nothing should be taken away from them, Saban said a competitor should be expected to respond to the situation in a positive way.
“I think that our players learned a lot from that experience,” Saban said Wednesday at Southeastern Conference Media Days.
