Gov. Tate Reeves announced that schools would stay closed at least until the end of the semester.
At the meeting of the Starkville-Oktibbeha Consolidated School Board of Trustees Tuesday night, Superintendent Eddie Peasant discussed the order and the district's plans surrounding it.
Peasant said the district was looking at extended options for summer school.
