On Tuesday, Kiwanis Club of Starkville held another meeting to discuss upcoming charity events and was joined by author Tom Ward, who spoke about his newly released book “I Died and Went to Mississippi” which has made multiple Amazon best-seller lists in addition to his other published works. 

At the beginning of the meeting, Starkville Kiwanis discussed their seventh annual charity golf tournament benefiting the Excel By 5 Project in Starkville, whose mission is to help children from birth to five years old in Oktibbeha County.

For the remainder of the meeting, Tom Ward shared the details of his recent publications with Kiwanis members. 

Ward is the author of 14 published books and served as the editor-in-chief of four different newspapers throughout his life. His education includes Law and History degrees from the University of Alabama and the master’s program in international affairs at King’s College London.
