Doris Jean Threadgill

Doris Jean Threadgill, 73, died Friday, Dec. 2, 2011, in Corbin, Ky. She was a waitress for Ramada Inn and a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Herman Threadgill and Mattie Alice Aswell Threadgill.
She is survived by her sister, Sandra Reese of Corbin, Ky.; brother, Jerry Wayne Threadgill of Eupora; sister-in-law, Shirley Threadgill of Ackerman; brother-in-law, Chuck Myers of Birmingham, Ala.; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation is scheduled for 9-10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2011, from at Welch Funeral Home in Starkville, with the funeral service immediately following in the funeral home chapel. Bro. Gyton Montgomery will conduct the service.
Burial will follow in Old Union Cemetery in Shannon.
