Due to limited parking at the President’s home, there will be a shuttle service provided from the Palmeiro Center parking lot beginning at 9:15 a.m. Attendees are encouraged to take advantage of this service. The MSU Women’s Club provides social contacts, promotes spirit of friendliness, offers cultural opportunities, and promotes student welfare and scholarship. Women’s Club is open to: wives of faculty, staff, and eligible employees of cooperating agencies; female faculty, staff, and eligible employees of cooperating agencies; wives of retired or deceased members of the faculty, staff, and eligible employees of cooperating agencies; and, retired female faculty, staff, and eligible employees of cooperating agencies. The Club will meet monthly at the Starkville Country Club and programs planned include the Christian Women’s Jobs Corps, Starkville Humane Society, Columnist Sid Salter, Starkville Community Theater, and Monti King (Flowers by the Bunch).
