Lucinda Williams, age 103, passed away on Thursday, April 21 in her home in the Tibbee Community. Funeral services are set for Thursday, April 28 at 2 p.m. at the J.F. Carter Memorial Chapel in the Carter Funeral Home at 331 Fifth Street in West Point. Rev. Therman Cunningham will officiate. Burial will follow in the Tibbee Cemetery. Public visitation will be Wednesday, April 27, 2011 from 4-6 p.m. Carter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
