Ruth Ann Manning-Bishop, 58, passed away on February 19 at her residence in Starkville.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, March 2 at 2 p.m. at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church of Starkville on 2501 Bethel Road, with Rev. Rochester Young officiating.
