WINFIELD, La. –– The graveside for Juanita C. Lasyone will be Saturday at 1 p.m. in Winfield City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon at Southern Funeral Home in Winfield, La.
Mrs. Lasyone, 92, passed away on Monday, January 10, 2011 at the Carrington Nursing Center in Starkville. Mrs. Lasyone was a hair stylist for over 60 years in Baton Rouge, New Orleans and Winnfield, La.
Upon her retirement, she moved to Starkville to be closer to her children and their families.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie W. Lasyone.
She is survived by a daughter, Martha (H. Michael) Barnes of Starkville; sons, Ronald J. Lasyone of Broaddus, Texas and Mark L. Lasyone of Moscow, Idaho; nine grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
