EUPORA — Phronia Starnes Smith, 83, homemaker, died Nov. 28, 2010, at Starkville Manor Nursing Home in Starkville.
Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel in Eupora with burial in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Oktibbeha County.
Visitation will be Tuesday from noon until 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband of 67 years, Charles P. Smith of Sturgis; a daughter; Sheila (Chris) Oswalt of Houston; a son; Bobby Charles (Diane) Smith of Oxford, Ga.; two sisters, Perval (Garland) Hunt of West Point and Irene Johnson of Memphis, Tenn.: a sister-in-law; Peggy Starnes of West Point; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Joseph and Ella Starnes; six brothers: Joe, Charles, James Russell, Fred and Jess Starnes; W. C. Sanders and one sister: Arlin Starnes.
Mrs. Smith attended New Life Worship Center in Sturgis.
Oliver Funeral Home of Eupora is in charge of all arrangements.
