Rick Ray encourages students and fans to come out to Humphrey Coliseum today.
The Mississippi State head coach will lead his Bulldogs onto the court in Starkville for the last time for the 2013-14 regular season when South Carolina comes to town.
It will be senior day and MSU will honor both Colin Borchert and Tyson Cunningham.
"I know it's going to be spring break for our students and I know people are going to be getting away, but it would really be great, regardless of situations, if people would come out and support those two guys that meant so much to the program," Ray said on his teleconference Friday morning.
The Bulldogs (13-17, 3-14) and the Gamecocks (11-19, 4-13) will tip at 3:01 p.m. The game can be seen on Southeastern Conference TV.
MSU has lost 12-straight ballgames after starting 3-2 in SEC play. The Bulldogs lost 13-straight last season before ending the streak with a win over in-state rival Ole Miss at the Hump.
Ray has said earlier during the losing streak, his team has a great mindset.
"Those guys have continued to come into our practice and really put forth an effort every day in practice," Ray said.
