Everything is starting to come together for the Panthers of French Camp.
After being plagued by injuries at the beginning of the year, the team is fully back on the field and really starting to gel.
“At the beginning of the year, we weren’t really meshing as well as we would have liked,” French Camp coach Nathan Wright said. “Of course injuries attributed to that. Starting with the Ethel game, which was about four or five weeks ago, we were able to get everybody back. That is where it started to mesh back together and we have a really good camaraderie going on right now.”
For Wright, chemistry is just as important as what happens on the field. Right now, he says, the Panthers are just having “fun” in everything they do and with each other.
