Mr. Malcolm Edward Henderson, 83, died Monday, Nov. 12, 2012 at OCH Regional Medical Center in Starkville.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012 in the Welch Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jason Middleton officiating.
Burial will follow in Memorial Garden Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be held 1-2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012 at Welch Funeral Home.
Welch Funeral Home of Starkville is in charge of arrangements.
He was a district service manager for Sears and Roebuck, and a member of Lakeview Baptist Church in Tupelo. He was also a Korean War veteran.
He is survived by his sons, Mark Todd Henderson (Jeanie) of Tupelo and Dan Edward Henderson (Donna) of Memphis, Tenn.; and grandchildren, Callie Elizabeth Henderson, Megan Elizabeth Henderson, Clay Pounds (Amanda) and Clark Pounds.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Henderson and Mary Lula Emerson Henderson; and wife, Bonnie Jean Henderson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P. O. Box 50, Memphis, TN 38105.
