SPD arrests alleged auto burglar after foot pursuit

Starkville Police Department officers arrested Johnathan Lewis St. Vigne and charged him with four counts of auto burglary Tuesday night.
St. Vigne, of 104 Grand Oak Blvd. in Clinton, is a student at Mississippi State University and resides at 407 South Montgomery St. An SPD release said he was arrested after a foot pursuit.
He was taken to Oktibbeha County Jail with bond being set at $200,000.
SPD is continuing its investigation for two additional accomplices described as black males.
SPD Chief David Lindley said St. Vigne was already out on bond for a prior auto-burglary related arrest in July of last year.
