In announcing his candidacy for District 3 Justice Court Judge, James A. Mills made the following statement:
“It has been an honor and privilege to serve as your justice court judge, and I look forward to continuing to provide you with fair, judicial treatment during the next four years.
“The position of justice court judge is very important both to law enforcement and to the citizens who depend on it for protection and justice. “In addition, I have worked with the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics, serviced on the Starkville Board of Alderman and served as an auxiliary deputy with the Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Department.
“Again, thank you for allowing me to serve as your justice court judge and I hope on Nov. 8 you will allow me to continue to make a difference in your justice court. Your vote is very important and appreciated.
“Please go to the polls on Nov. 8 and vote for James A. ‘Jim’ Mills for Justice Court Judge, District 3.â€
