Wet Rescue

September 28, 2011

First responders tend to a driver Wednesday morning following a two-car accident on Highway 182 East. Oktibbeha County Fire Services Coordinator Kirk Rosenhan said volunteers from the East Oktibbeha fire department were dispatched to the scene near Stuart Road after an east-bound car struck a west-bound car turning off the highway. One driver refused emergency treatment, while the other was sent to OCH via ambulance. Rosenhan said yesterday’s foggy conditions are believed to have played a part in the wreck.
