2011 SHS Homecoming Court announced

Members of the 2011 Starkville High School Homecoming Court are anticipating a week of exciting events, including International Day on Monday; Toga Tuesday; Western Wednesday; Theme Thursday the seniors are cavemen, juniors are medieval, sophomores are the 1980’s, and freshmen are the 1970’s; and Homecoming Spirit t-shirt Friday. The 2011 SHS Homecoming Parade and Community Wide Pep Rally will be Thursday, Sept. 29.  The parade begins at 6 pm at the Greensboro Center, south on Louisville Street, east on Yellowjacket Drive, ending at the SHS Football Stadium, where the Community Wide Pep Rally and introduction of the court will immediately follow. Members of the 2011 Starkville High School Homecoming Court include: ninth grade – Khris Carr and Meghan Wolf; tenth grade – Skyler Buford, Jamie Coleman, Samantha Shurden and Alex Ward-Knight; eleventh grade – Jamiyah Covington, Mikeshia Mobley, Jailyn Montgomery, Aaliyah Sherrod, Holly Travis and Stacie Young; and seniors – Ashley Albritton, Kourtney Bell, Grace Drumheller, Jacqueline Fair, Hannah Fischer, VerLyncia Leonard, Aisha Smith and Kiana Stinson.
