Gulf States congratulates scholarship recipients

Gulf States Manufacturers, a Nucor Company, congratulates the 2011 Nucor Scholarship Recipients. Trevor Bragg is the son of Dave Bragg (Product Development). Trevor is the 2011 Nucor Corporation Foundation Scholarship Recipient and a graduate of Eupora High School Class. Other recipients not pictured are East Webster High School graduate Hailey Harrison, daughter of Trent Harrison, and Starkville High School graduate Garrett Smith, son of Charles Smith.
The Nucor Corporation Scholarship fund has paid $4,232,309.to 663 employees and employee children, companywide in 2010 alone. Gulf States Manufacturers has 7 scholarship recipients for a total of $45, 344.00 in the same year. Nucor believes in the education of our children therefore, every child of every employee is eligible for this $3,000 scholarship for each of the four years they are in college.
