John "Johnny" Bush

Funeral services for John "Johnny"  Bush will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 9 at Bryan Union Hall in West Point with Rev. Eddie D. Goliday officiating.
Burial will be at Truevine Cemetery with West Memorial Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
Visitation will be Wednesday, June 8, from 1-6 p.m. at West Memorial Funeral Home.
Mr. Bush, 62, of Starkville, died June 2, 2011 in Starkville.
Mr. Bush attend W.C. Henderson High School. He was employed at Mississippi State University for many years.
Mr. Bush was a member of the Artesia Jubilee, where he worked and became known as "The Legendary Johnny Bush."  Mr. Bush traveled all over the United States singing.
Mr. Bush leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Ethel Williams-Bush of Starkville; daughter, Charlotte Bush of Jackson; son: Rodreekas (Tiffany) Bush of Jackson; two grandchildren, Rodreekas Trevon and Brennen Bush.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gus and Classie Perkins Bush; four sisters and six brothers.
