CRASH CLAIMS STARKVILLE MAN

Brian Mobley, Mississippi Highway Patrol spokesman, said John Bush, 62, of Starkville, was killed when the Toyota Corolla he was driving collided with a Ford Ranger at the intersection on Mississippi 25 and Longview about 1 p.m. Thursday. Bush was traveling west on Longview when the Ford driven by Jimmy Pannell, 66, of Columbus, collided with his vehicle. Pannell and a passenger, Eddy Martin, 44, of Columbus, were not injured in the crash. The crash is still under investigation and no charges have been filed, Mobley said. (Submitted photo)
