planting a tree

May 29, 2011

A crew takes another step in the university’s beautification by planting one of four Greenspire Linden trees on Coliseum Boulevard, just across from Griffis Hall. The remaining 10 trees in the row are Green Ash. Pictured left to right are recent horticulture graduate Will Kouns, landscape architecture and landscape contracting senior Mark Parten, who is fulfilling a summer internship course requirement, and Chris Cross, a recent marketing graduate who will begin work toward an MBA this fall.
