Joe “Big” Gandy, 57, passed away Feb. 18, 2011, at his residence at 1416 Blair Road, Starkville. Funeral services will be held Friday, Feb. 25 at 11 a.m. at Austin C.O.C.H. in Starkville, with Chester Magnum officiating. Burial will follow at Sessums Cemetery in Starkville. West Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements, and a visitation will be held there from 1to 6 p.m.
