ACKERMAN –– The funeral for Bernice B. Jenkins will be today at 11 a.m. at Salem Independent Methodist Church near Ackerman with burial in the church cemetery.
Visitation will also be today from 10 a.m. until service time at the church.
Jenkins, 84, died on Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2011 at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Eupora.
He was a retired warehouse manager at Sears, a U.S. Army veteran and member of Salem Independent Methodist Church.
