The funeral for Louis Thomas Tate will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Blackjack M.B. Church with burial in Fox Cemetery.
The Rev. Robert Branson will officiate.
Visitation will be Friday from 1 to 6 p.m. at West Memorial Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Tate, 78, died on Sunday, December 12, 2010 at his home in Starkville.
He was born in Oktibbeha County and of the Baptist faith.
