Supes OK $5M for industrial park

The Oktibbeha County Board of Supervisors voted 4-1 at its meeting Monday to approve a resolution contracting with the Golden Triangle Development LINK for the development of a new 326-acre industrial park.

LINK CEO Joe Max Higgins said the project is expected to cost approximately $10 million, with $5 million to be provided by Oktibbeha County and $5 million to be provided by the city of Starkville to be paid off over 10 years.
