Oktibbeha County School District Conservator Margie Pulley said the district is ready for its final year at OCSD’s monthly meeting Monday.
The district recently regained accreditation, two years after the Mississippi Department of Education found it to be in violation of 29 of 30 reviewed accreditation standards, out of a total of 37 standards that school districts are required to meet. The standards include state and federal safety standards, licensing standards for principals, alternative education program requirements and others.
