Southwire earns honor from Goldern Triangle LINK

July 30, 2014

Gov. Phil Bryant likens competing for the Golden Triangle Development LINK’s Industry of the Year award to competing in sports in the Southeastern Conference.

He said this competition includes Airbus Helicopters, Stark Aerospace and Severstal in Columbus, and it will soon include Yokohama Tire Company in West Point. And he told a group of employees at Southwire that the Golden Triangle owed that sterling reputation to people like them, working together with elected officials and business leaders at all levels.
