The Starkville Yellowjackets and West Point Green Wave have been known to have some pretty intense football games during the fall.
West Point and Noxubee County also have a history of some competitive outings against each other, while New Hope has proven to be a thorn in the side of those schools from time to time.
Those schools got together for a common goal in June during a seven-on-seven league hosted by Starkville.
The Jackets, Green Wave, Tigers and Trojans met on each Monday night to challenge each other on the field.
With West Point and Noxubee County in the mix, Starkville head coach Jamie Mitchell said it made for some interesting matchups.
