Mississippi State's Gavin Ware knew he was going to have to change several things when he came to college.
The former Starkville High School standout's first priority was to get in shape and stay in shape to play in the Southeastern Conference.
Ware has worked on his weight in his two seasons with the Bulldogs, but this summer MSU head coach Rick Ray has seen a brand new Ware.
"Gavin Ware has done a phenomenal job in the weight room," Ray said. "He looks as good as I've ever seen him. He's down to about 260 pounds. His body fat has really greatly decreased. He took it upon his own self."
