Peter’s Rock program builds reading foundation

As a member of Peter’s Rock Temple Church of God in Christ and principal of West Oktibbeha County Elementary School, Andrea Temple knows the importance of a solid foundation in both faith and education.

Last year, she said, the state legislature passed a law making a solid reading foundation more important than ever for students.
