MDOT’s $1.5 million traffic loop almost ready

It’s about to get easier to travel from Starkville to West Point.

Construction crews are nearing completion on a new traffic loop from Highway 82’s westbound lanes to Highway 45 Alternate’s northbound lanes at the two highways’ intersection.
