The Robinson Football/Life Camp is expected to be bigger and better.
Camp director William Robinson was pleased with the way the event was received in the first year and looks forward to influencing young men in a positive way once again.
"I felt for the first time out, it was a great response," Robinson said. "The kids came out. It was something new for them to learn the fundamentals about football and on the other side to teach the life skills they are going to need to achieve in life. The chances to make it to the college football field is very low and especially to the NFL. Our goal is to educate and tell them what's important besides sports."
With the threat of inclement weather early next week, Robinson has announced that the camp will be postponed until June 16-18.
