Starkville will be represented by more than just the Mississippi State Bulldogs at the Louisiana-Lafayette Regional this weekend.
Joining the Bulldogs will be former Starkville High School player Charles "Chuck" Tillery of the Jackson State Tigers.
“Chuck was an outstanding player at Starkville,” former Starkville coach Danny Carlisle said. “You get those players that have a knack for just playing the game and he was one of those players. You only get those guys so often.”
