MSU, Alabama series has SEC implications

There have been times this season when the Mississippi State Bulldogs played like a team that was going to win the Southeastern Conference Western Division.
There have also been times when the Bulldogs have played like they weren't going to win it. 
With all the ups and downs, MSU enters the final weekend of SEC play with a shot at winning the SEC West title as well as the league overall title.
"It says a lot about the leadership and the kids that we have," MSU head coach John Cohen said. "There's not panic. Our kids just keep playing. (if) we're down three, we keep playing. (If) we have a three-run lead, we keep playing."
