Mississippi State had just taken game one from Auburn on the road, when Hobie Hobart was challenged on Twitter.
The long-time Bulldog fan is well known around Starkville and the MSU campus. He is also known for making hot dogs.
The Bulldogs beat Auburn 3-0 two Friday nights ago on the road and a Twitter follower of Hobart's challenged him to make 100 of his famous John Bond Triple Option hot dogs for game one against Tennessee if the Bulldogs took the final two games for a sweep.
MSU picked up wins on Saturday and Sunday to force Hobart's hand.
"I had no idea we'd win, but we swept Auburn," Hobart said. "I never thought we'd sweep Auburn. It's hard to sweep on the road. I kind of got caught in a corner, but looking back now, it's going to turn out pretty well."Â
