Members of a family stick together through the good and bad times.
For the seven seniors of the Mississippi State softball team this year, they have watched the program grow and change during their time in Starkville.
Jessica Offutt said her fellow seniors are "like sisters," and that has made being a Bulldog special.
"It's been a blast," Offutt said. "We've grown together and become friends. Being with them and being able to go through these fun experiences with them has just been awesome. I'm honored to be a fellow senior with these girls because they're are six special ladies."
On Sunday, Offutt, Logan Foulks, Sam Lenahan, Alison Owen, Rachael Zdeb, Heidi Shape and Shana Sherrod will be honored prior to playing the final home game of their MSU careers against Arkansas. The Bulldogs host the Razorbacks today at 5 p.m., then Saturday and Sunday at noon.
