Sam Lenahan has been a part of the Mississippi State softball program for a long time now.
In a career that has brought much satisfaction, Lenahan said the best has come this year.
Going into the final home Southeastern Conference series of the season, the Bulldogs have achieved a 35-15 overall mark and have won the last two conference series over top five competition.
"I wouldn't want to have it any other way," Lenahan said. "To be able to finish out my career this year is something I'm very thankful for. We've still got more games left and the sky is the limit."
Lenahan along with six other seniors will be recognized during the Arkansas series Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the MSU Softball Field.
