Fatima Marks, owner of a local psychic reading and advising business, surrendered herself to the Starkville Police Department Thursday on the charge of grand larceny.

Marks operated in Ethelsville, Ala. under the name Mrs. Lamar. SPD Detective Bill Lott said Marks’ charges stem from an incident on Dec. 23, 2013 connected to her business. He said a third party, who SPD is keeping anonymous, reported the incident on behalf of a vulnerable adult victim.
