State FBI agent-in-charge speaks to Rotary Monday

Roy Ruby had an inside track to bringing a Federal Bureau of Investigation agent to speak to the Starkville Rotary Club.

Ruby, a retired vice president of student affairs for Mississippi State University and a longtime Rotarian, has a son named Robert Ruby who is a special agent with the FBI stationed in Jackson. Robert’s boss is Daniel McMullen, the special agent-in-charge of the FBI for the state of Mississippi, so through Robert, Roy said he was able to send McMullen an invitation.
