Five wounded in club shooting

An Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Department investigation is ongoing to determine what caused an early Sunday morning nightclub shooting that injured five people.

OCSD Commander Brett Watson said deputes responded to a shooting incident at Club Rock on Rockhill Road, north of Starkville, at 2:22 a.m. Sunday. He said five victims were injured, one critically, in the shooting, which occurred in the night club’s parking lot.
