Speakers address Rotary about school consolidation

Executive Director of the John C. Stennis Center for Public Service and Rotarian Rex Buffington spoke to the Starkville Rotary Club about the progress that’s been made ahead of the Starkville and Oktibbeha County school districts’ July 2015 consolidation.

Buffington was part of the seven-member Commission on Consolidated School District structure, which the Mississippi legislature formed to craft a report on how the districts can proceed through the looming consolidation.
