Man held in theft of 2 pit bulls

Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Department investigators arrested a West Point man after they found two stolen dogs in his home.

Investigators arrested 20-year-old James N. Brown III Friday on suspicion of dog theft at his West Point home after a search reportedly led them to two stolen pit bulls.
