Golden Triangle LINK leadership announced at a Tuesday afternoon meeting that the organization will become a permanent force for economic development in the region, after input from a special steering committee.

The Golden Triangle Development LINK’s (GTR LINK) roots go back to summer 2012, when a steering committee was formed to explore regional economic development possibilities for Oktibbeha, Clay and Lowndes counties. The GTR LINK was created as a short-term solution for economic development for the Golden Triangle.
