State may have found its leader in guard Ready

Mississippi State head coach Rick Ray has really lacked a leader in his first two seasons in Starkville.
No one really grabbed the role last season and this season there have been some who look like they could but never did.
The only exception to that notion is I.J. Ready.
The true freshman point guard was recruited because of his leadership abilities and it's evident when you speak with him.
"I just think that I.J. has some natural leadership qualities," Ray said. "The most important thing is he just wants to win.
