Starkville Academy boys defeat Washington School

Success was on the side of the Starkville Academy Volunteers Friday night.
In what some might not have called the prettiest game, the Volunteers defeated Washington School 43-31.
“I just thought it was ugly,” Starkville Academy coach Mark Alexander said. “It got to be an ugly game, a Helter Skelter game, and that sort of played a part in it.”
Raheim Robinson and O’Shea Kemp teamed up to give Starkville Academy a quick 4-0 lead. Washington tried to play catch up, but its efforts were prevented by once again none other than Robinson and Kemp who teamed up making it 9-2.
