Mississippi State’s first meet with in-state rival Ole Miss fell in the Bulldogs’ favor.
The Bulldogs beat the Ole Miss Rebels 76-72 two weeks ago inside Humphrey Coliseum.
Repeating that result will be a challenge for MSU today.
The Bulldogs (13-5, 3-2) travel to Oxford to take on the Rebels (13-5, 4-1) inside Tad Smith Coliseum. Tipoff is set for 3 p.m. and can be seen on SEC-TV (WCBI locally).
Ole Miss was without its leading scorer Marshall Henderson in the previous meeting between the schools. Henderson was severing his second game of his two-game suspension.
