Five years ago Hannah and Harper Laird arrived in Starkville from Clinton.
Since that time, the sisters have managed to pick right up where they left off in soccer and have worked their way into being quite the force both on and off the field.
Through seven games, Hannah has accumulated five goals off 24 shots on goal while also providing three assists. Younger sister Harper has also had an impressive season thus far with three goals off 14 shots on goal.
Due to her success since joining the Lady Yellowjackets, Hannah achieved a feat never before done at the school in that she is the first non-senior to serve as captain.
