MEMPHIS, Tenn. â€“ The Mississippi State offense has been thrown back into the fire in the first three bowl practices at Rhodes College.
The Bulldogs are gearing up for a clash with the Rice Owls (10-3), who won Conference USA in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl on Tuesday. MSU (6-6) arrived in Memphis on Thursday and have gotten three practices in.
State spent a week practicing back in Starkville before going home for Christmas. A good bit of the gameplan was installed before the players left, but the Bulldogs have been getting back in the groove of things the last few days.
â€śItâ€™s been good,â€ť sophomore quarterback Dak Prescott said. â€śItâ€™s been fun and itâ€™s just a good view out there.â€ť
