Mississippi ranks poorly in study of driving quality

Mississippi drivers are the third-worst in the country, according to a recent study.

The study, which car insurance website www.carinsurancecomparison.com carried out, ranks the states and District of Columbia from first to worst based on statistics pulled from the National Highway Safety Traffic Administration, the National Motorists Association and Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
