East Oktibbeha drops 58-31 game to Columbus

December 15, 2013

CRAWFORD - The East Oktibbeha Titans know that in order to get better you have to play the big boys.
They did just that Saturday as they welcomed Columbus to town.
While the Titans hung with their Class 6A opponent through the first half in the end the Falcons proved too much as they walked away with a 58-31 victory.
“Columbus is a tough opponent,” East Oktibbeha head coach Kylan Tippett said. “Considering they are 6A and we are single A, we did good just to hang in there with them. We can play better. I feel like we have the athletes to play with them so maybe next time.”
