EMCC offense: Lions proud to be prolific, balanced

December 8, 2013

SCOOBA – The East Mississippi Community College has proved to opponents this year that it has a very dangerous offense.
It's not just because of the scoring as the Lions have averaged 63.2 points per game and defeated Coahoma Community College 90-7 earlier this season. EMCC has the yards to go with those points.
The Lions have a total offense of 6,722 yards as a team. That's an average of 611.1 yards per game.
EMCC head coach Buddy Stephens refers to his offense as "prolific," but the thing he likes most is how "balanced" it is.
